We needed to establish relationships with the next generation of customers. Our current audience skewed older, and for us to continue our growth, it’s important that we show Gen Z why Simmons Bank is the bank for them. Simmons Bank's website and brand experience was outdated and not supporting today's customers' expectations. Their challenge was to create a new brand experience. I got to help build and design every aspect of the customer's touchpoints/experience with the brand. Simmons Bank's brand transformed from old and outdated to new and trustworthy. They are now honestly good banking.
